The Charities Guild of Northern Kentucky (CGNK) is a non-profit organization of 50 community-minded women, who focus on improving the lives of children and families in the Northern Kentucky area.

Bylaw Purpose:
The purpose of CGNK is to primarily assist Northern Kentucky charities that are referred by a school or church or known personally by a CGNK member. Criteria used in evaluating charities include, but is not limited to: a charity that benefits primarily Northern Kentucky families and a charity that focuses on helping families help themselves. The charity should be classified as a tax-exempt, non-profit (501c(3)) organization and provide good utilization of their funds.
